Women carry much of the weight of today's fast-paced lifestyle. In fact, they are so capable of multi-tasking that, at times, they lose touch with their own core, their own inner voice and wisdom. The result is a loss of perspective on what constitutes an emotionally healthy life.
Equines (mules, donkeys, horses) make not only wonderful companions, but, in their unfiltered honesty, they have much to teach us about inner balance, self-respect and relaxation.
You do not need to be a horseback rider in order to benefit from the company of horses. Some people feel drawn to the animal rather than the sport. And most horse people have experienced those powerful moments when just to be in the presence of pure horse energy creates a feeling of well-being.

Grooming, walking, playing, learning together, or just hanging out - in all these activities, the equines help us to connect with the moment and let us experience ourselves in a powerful way.
Discover your strengths, your sensitivities, your very own individual make-up and learn how to integrate these insights into your everyday life.
Choose an equine and spend as much time with him or her as you feel comfortable with. After an introductory period, you will be able to set your own schedule**. Healthcare, feed, and tack remains the responsibility of NoRush Farm. All you need to supply is your desire to interact with the equine.
From time to time, scheduled events to complement the program will be offered. Guided horse activities, introductions to various human and equine health (spiritual as well as physical) approaches, or simply fun times together are specifically tailored to bring power, wellness, and the spirit of joy to the female experience.
